CCH has arranged special User Conference room rates for attendees at both the JW Marriott® and The Ritz-Carlton®.  Please note JW Marriott® and The Ritz-Carlton® are part of one complex and the User Conference will take place within both hotels.

Room rates are as follows:

JW Marriott® Orlando, Grande Lakes   4040 Central Florida Parkway One King Bed or Two Double Beds: $249 per night, or $269 for a Lakeview Room. Parking Rates: $17.00 per day self-parking/overnight, $20.00 per day valet parking/overnight

The Ritz-Carlton® Orlando, Grande Lakes 4012 Central Florida Parkway One King Bed or Two Double Beds: $299 per night, or $319 for a Lakeview Room. Parking Rates: $20.00 per day valet parking/overnight

Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. In-room amenities include high-speed Internet access, complimentary in-room coffee and tea, daily newspaper, Fitness Center access and more. Airports:
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is only 10 miles southwest of the hotel. You can reserve Mears Shuttle Service or taxis are readily available at the airport.  Attendees and guests will be responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the hotel but CCH will provide complimentary transportation from the conference hotel to Orlando International Airport on Wednesday, November 10 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
