Active since 2006, the Customer Advisory Committee (CAC) consists of 10 CCH customers who donate their time to help us ensure the CCH User Conference is the world-class event customers have come to expect. The committee is focused specifically on the conference’s content and agenda. Customer participation on this committee lends credibility to our conference sessions, helping to improve the overall CCH customer experience of attending the user conference. A great deal of thought and planning goes into the conference agenda. CAC member input provides customer perspective that increases the value and benefits of the conference offerings, and helps CCH drive increased attendance from year-to-year.
