How much does CCH Connections: User Conference 2012 cost?
The conference fees are:
- Prior Year Attendee Discount Price — $1,695 per person*
- Regular Registration Price (July 28 — October 5, 2012) — $1,855 per person
- Late Registration Price (October 6 — November 2, 2012) — $1,995 per person**
- On-site Registration Price (November 4 — November 7, 2012) — $1,995 per person
- Additional Attendees from Same Firm — $1,600 per person
- Guest Fee — $550 per person***

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations submitted on or before Friday, October 5, 2012, will be refunded in full minus a $275 handling fee. Cancellations after October 5, 2012, are non-refundable.
What is the Change Policy?
Transfer of a conference registration to another attendee after October 5, 2012, will result in a change fee of $100.
What is the guest policy?
Guests are invited to join attendees for meals and evening events, however the general sessions, lectures, roundtables and workshops are for attendees only.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older – no children are allowed.
What does the price include?
The price includes all general sessions, workshops, lectures, roundtables and networking opportunities, as well as meals and entertainment.
What is the cost for accommodations at CCH Connections: User Conference 2012?
CCH has arranged special User Conference attendee room rates at the Manchester Grand Hyatt® San Diego. Room rates are $265 plus taxes and include amenities fitness center access and more.
How do attendees update their conference registration information (i.e., add a guest, etc.)?

Can firms send one user per day? Can an employee attend for one day at half-price?
No, the conference is a four-day event.
How do attendees know if they are a small, medium or large firm?
To ensure you find CCH Connections: User Conference 2012 beneficial, we will offer roundtable topics that are of interest to small, medium, and large firms. Topics will be the same for all groups:
- Small Firms — 1 – 9 employees
- Medium Firms — 10 – 49 employees
- Large Firms — 50+ employees
Can attendees remove their badge at the end of the last session of the day?
No, for security purposes it is necessary for everyone to display their badges at all times. It also allows us to better direct attendees if they have any questions.

No. User Conference sessions will focus on management, tax compliance, accounting and audit, technology and other topics of broad interest to all levels of an organization.

The conference is geared and targeted to public accounting professionals (i.e., CPA firms), as well as accountants working in corporations.

What should attendees bring to this event?
