Q: How much does the User Forum cost?
A: The forum fees are:
- Early Bird Registration (Available through May 14, 2010) - $995 per person [20% discount]
- General Registration (May 15, 2010 - October 1, 2010) - $1250 per person
- Guest / Spouse Fee (age 21 or older please; children not permitted) - $195
Forum fees do NOT include accommodations.
Q. What is the guest policy?
A: The guest fee is $195. Your guest (such as a friend or family member) is invited to join you for evening dinners and events, however the general sessions, classes and other meals are intended for attendees only. Guests must be age 21 or older; children are not permitted.
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price includes access to all general sessions, classes, roundtables, panel discussions, networking opportunities, as well as meals and entertainment. In addition, based upon attendance at all available conference sessions, up to 18 hours of CPE credits are available for qualifying attendees.

Q: What is the cost for accommodation at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa?
A: CCH has arranged special room rates for User Forum attendees of:

Please Note: Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, resort fees and service charges in effect at the time of check-in. Q: What is the registration cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations submitted on or before October 1, 2010 will be refunded in full, but are subject to a $100 handling fee. Cancellations on or after October 1, 2010 are non-refundable.
Q: Can I send one user per day? Can I attend for one day at half-price?
A: No. Attendees are expected to attend the full progression of classes and sessions on October 18, 19 and 20. Attendees are also encouraged to attend the welcome reception, which kicks off the forum on October 17.

Q: Is CPE available for attendees of the forum?
A: Yes, CPE will be offered to all forum attendees.Up to 20 hours of credit is available for qualifying attendees.
Q: Do I get CPE for every session?
A: While the great majority of sessions offer CPE, there may be a small number that do not. Course details will be posted to CCHTeamMateUserForum.com, as they become available.

A: The information presented at the forum is intended for CCH® TeamMate users. If you have questions about whether you are eligible to attend, please send an e-mail to Info@CCHTeamMateUserForum.com.
Q: What should I bring to this event?
A: We recommend you pack for a casual business trip. If you plan to use hotel facilities, please plan accordingly (golf clubs, swimsuit, etc.)

A: Yes. You’ll receive the latest information on CCH TeamMate as well as other CCH products and services that benefit audit professionals.
