Q. What is the guest policy
A: Your guest (such as a friend or family member)is invited to join you for meals and evening events, however breakfast and lunch, general sessions, classes, roundtables, panel discussions and workshops are intended for attendees only. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and are limited to one per paid attendee. Children are not permitted at meals and evening events.
Q. What does the price include?
A: The price includes all general sessions, classes, roundtables, panel discussions, networking opportunities, as well as meals and entertainment.
Q. What is the cost for accommodation at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes?

Q: What transportation options are available?
A: Attendees and guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Options include:

Shared Ride Shuttle
The estimated fare for a shared shuttle is $19.00 adult one way, $29.00 adult round trip, $14.00 child (4-11 yrs old) one way and $16.00 child (4-11 yrs old) round trip, (3 years and under is complimentary).
The shuttle makes up to three stops. From the Orlando International Airport, Grande Lakes is usually the first stop. On the way to Orlando International Airport, Grande Lakes is usually the last pick up.

Please note: The shared ride shuttle is the most time-consuming option. Please allow yourself extra time if you select this arrangement.
Q: Can I send one user per day? Can I attend for one day at half-price?
A: No. Attendees are expected to attend the full progression of classes and sessions on October, 3rd, 4th and 5th. Attendees are also encouraged to attend the welcome reception, which kicks off the forum on October 2nd.

A: Yes, CPE will be offered to all forum attendees.
Q: Do I get CPE for every session?
A. While the great majority of sessions offer CPE, there may be a small number that do not. Course details will be posted to CCHTeamMateUserForum.com, as they become available.
Q: I am a prospective customer and wanted to know if I can attend the forum without having purchased CCH TeamMate?
A. The information presented at the forum is intended for CCH® TeamMate users. If you have questions about whether you are eligible to attend, please send an e-mail to Info@CCHTeamMateUserForum.com.
Q: What should I bring to this event?
A: We recommend you pack for a casual business trip. If you plan to use hotel facilities, please plan accordingly (golf clubs, swimsuit, etc.)

A. Yes. You’ll receive the latest information on CCH TeamMate as well as other products and services that benefit audit professionals.
Q: Suppose I see a product or service that I would like to implement immediately. Can I make arrangements at the User Forum for such a purchase?
A. Certainly. The forum is all about our customers and their needs. If our customers want to acquire a solution they saw at the conference, it will be available to them immediately.
Q: How many people are expected to attend the conference?
A. We expect approximately 700 TeamMate users to attend, representing corporations, associations, government organizations and other businesses of all sizes.
Q: Besides hearing about TeamMate products and practitioner advice at the conference, will there be any opportunities for networking?
A. Yes. We recognize that some of the most valuable information can come from peers. For that reason, we have an open format, which allows you time to meet with others in your field, share information, and develop industry bonds.
